What we collect

• First name and surname — to know who to hand the parcel to
• Phone number — for the courier to call
• Delivery address — to send the parcel
• E-mail — only if you give it, for the order confirmation
• In a gift order, the greeting text and the recipient's contact details

What we do not collect

Card details never reach our server — payment is made on the bank's page. We keep no accounts, passwords or purchase history, because there is no account system.

Where the cart lives

The contents of your cart are stored only in your browser. They are not sent to the server and are not visible on another device.

How long we keep it

We keep order information for the period required by accounting rules. After that it is deleted.

Who we share it with

Only with the courier service — and only as much as is needed to deliver the parcel: name, phone, address. We give it to no one else and sell it to no one.

How to ask for deletion
