Prices

All prices are shown in Azerbaijani manats. The delivery fee is not included in the price and is calculated separately at checkout — prices by region are here.

When an order counts as concluded

The product shown on the site is an offer. The contract counts as concluded when, after you send the order, a confirmation notice reaches you. We also confirm the order by phone.

Fulfilment period

An order is fulfilled no later than 30 days from the date it is accepted. If for any reason we cannot deliver, we let you know and refund the amount you paid within 7 days.

Right to cancel

You may cancel an online order within 7 working days without giving a reason — provided the pack is unopened. Because it is a food product, an opened pack falls outside this right. A faulty product is replaced or refunded in any case — see the returns terms.

Product information

Every product page shows the weight, ingredients, origin, harvest year, storage conditions, shelf life and the producer's address. Saffron contains no allergens.
